Our story

The firm was founded in Milan in 1994, built on the technical expertise, professional integrity, and strong motivation of Dr. Andrea Maria Longo, who for over 30 years has been a trusted reference for competence, reliability, and client care.<\/p>\n

In 2024, the firm underwent a significant transformation through the integrated collaboration of Chartered Accountants Angelo D\u2019Argenio, Carmine Francesco Perri, and Savino Giacomiello. Together with Dr. Andrea Maria Longo, they established a professional partnership (STP).<\/p>\n

The STP represents an effective response to today\u2019s challenges, through a modern and multidisciplinary structure capable of integrating diverse skills and providing clients with comprehensive, coordinated, and up-to-date support.<\/p>\n

These objectives are achieved thanks to a highly qualified team that, while maintaining individual expertise, works in an integrated manner through continuous collaboration on each assignment.<\/p>\n

Our structure is further strengthened by established partnerships with law firms, notaries, labor consultants, and advisory firms, enabling us to offer high value-added services such as tax litigation assistance, company formation, and support in extraordinary transactions.<\/p>\n
